All for One Group Adjusts 2024/25 Financial Forecast Amid Geopolitical Uncertainty

All for One Group SE has revised its financial forecast for the 2024/25 fiscal year, adjusting expected revenues to between EUR 505 million and EUR 520 million, down from the previously anticipated EUR 525 million to EUR 540 million. The EBIT margin, before M&A effects, is now projected to be 5% to 6%, a decrease from the 7% to 8% initially forecasted.

The revision is attributed to increasing geopolitical instability and economic challenges which have caused delays in project launches and reduced interest in ERP migration projects. Compounding the issue, the Customer Experience segment within the LOB section faces pressure from changes in SAP’s product strategy.

The company aims to counter these challenges through international expansion of its operating model and enhancement of their product business, particularly focusing on SAP solutions.
