Abrdn U.S. Closed-End Funds have disclosed the distribution payments for various funds. Shareholders of the funds including ACP, AGD, AOD, and others will receive distributions on February 28, 2025. Specific funds like HQH, HQL, IAF, IFN, and JEQ will deliver payments on March 31, 2025. The amounts vary, with some distributions paid in cash or as newly issued shares, depending on shareholder choice.

The distribution amounts are partly based on net investment income, capital gains, and return of capital. Notably, HQH and IFN will see most of their distributions as return of capital. The company cautions that a return of capital doesn't imply performance and can exceed income and capital gains.

Board policies can change, and there is no investment performance guarantee based on distribution size. Shareholders will receive tax documentation annually to detail distribution sources and applicable tax treatment.
