Aberdeen Investments U.S. Closed-End Funds To Issue Distribution Payments

On May 9, 2025, Aberdeen Investments announced that its U.S. Closed-End Funds will deliver distributions to shareholders on record as of May 22, 2025. Most funds, such as the abrdn Income Credit Strategies Fund and the abrdn Global Dynamic Dividend Fund, are set to distribute on May 30, 2025. However, funds including abrdn Healthcare Investors and abrdn Life Sciences Investors will distribute on June 30, 2025.

Funds will pay out varying amounts. For instance, the abrdn Global Infrastructure Income Fund will distribute $0.2000 per share, while the abrdn Healthcare Investors will pay $0.5400 per share. Some funds, like The India Fund, will distribute entirely as a return of capital.

Shareholders may choose cash instead of stock for their distributions by instructing their brokerage by June 16, 2025. The nature of these distributions will be detailed in the annual Form 1099-DIV sent to shareholders.
