Abrdn U.S. Closed-End Funds Announce Distribution Payment Details
The abrdn U.S. Closed-End Funds (NYSE: ASGI, THQ, THW) have announced their distribution payments made on July 31, 2024. Shareholders of record as of July 24, 2024, received these distributions.
Three funds were involved: abrdn Global Infrastructure Income Fund (ASGI) distributed $0.2000, abrdn Healthcare Opportunities Fund (THQ) distributed $0.1800, and abrdn World Healthcare Fund (THW) distributed $0.1167 per share. Each fund has a policy to provide stable distributions supplemented by realized capital gains and paid-in capital when necessary.
Distributions included returns of capital, indicating that some funds distributed more than their income and capital gains. The final sources of distributions for tax reporting will be determined after the fiscal year ends.
