Clearvise AG Enhances Portfolio with Weilrod 2 Wind Farm

clearvise AG has brought the Weilrod 2 wind farm into operation, a strategic move reinforcing its identity as a YieldCo. Based in Frankfurt, this renewable energy power producer successfully launched the wind farm in the Hochtaunus region, now contributing 18.6 MW to its capacity. The development follows the project's contractual pipeline and supports clearvise's strategy of focusing on predictable energy distributions to shareholders.

The newly commissioned site will add to clearvise's existing portfolio, achieving a total operational capacity of 371 MW in wind and solar power. With a 20-year guaranteed purchase agreement via an EEG feed-in tariff, Weilrod 2 offers stability and predictable income. This financial predictability is vital to clearvise's strategic realignment and dividend optimization goals.

Additionally, discussions with Tion Renewables GmbH continue regarding potential business and workforce adjustments, highlighting possible strategic restructuring. Internal consultations with employees are expected soon.
