Clearvise AG Announces CFO Resignation and Management Transition

Clearvise AG, a European renewable energy producer, announced the resignation of CFO Manuel Sieth, effective 30 September 2025. CEO Petra Leue-Bahns will temporarily manage the company as the sole board member. Sieth's departure aligns with a strategic pivot towards a dividend-focused YieldCo model and cost reduction.

Since joining in July 2020, Sieth has been instrumental in enhancing clearvise's financial stability and strategic growth. His contributions were particularly valuable during challenging market phases. The board expressed gratitude for his dedication and expertise.

Starting 1 January 2026, Tion Renewables GmbH will oversee clearvise's operational management. This move aims to ensure a seamless transition and continued collaboration. Both the supervisory board and CEO affirmed that this management change supports clearvise's new direction.
