Abasca Resources Concludes 2025 Winter Program and Announces Private Placement

Abasca Resources Inc. has completed its 2025 Winter Program at the Key Lake South Project. The program featured 5,925 meters of drilling focusing on extending the northwest and southeast areas of the Loki Flake Graphite Deposit and its northern extension. The program confirmed strong graphite mineralization.

Vice-President of Exploration, Brian McEwan, highlighted the success in identifying consistent graphite deposits. This follows the company's recent announcement of an 11.31 Mt inferred resource at the Loki Deposit.

Additionally, Abasca has initiated a non-brokered private placement aimed at raising $1.25 million. This will facilitate exploration activities and environmental studies at Key Lake South. A portion of the raised funds will be directed toward flow-through mining expenditures under Canadian tax regulations.
