Aareal Bank Finances Iconic Pullman Montparnasse Hotel in Paris

Aareal Bank has successfully financed the Pullman Paris Montparnasse, a landmark hotel in Paris' 14th Arrondissement. The financing supports acquisition and capital expenditures for the hotel by a consortium that includes Bain Capital, Columbia Threadneedle Investments, and QuinSpark Investment Partners.

The 34-storey Pullman Paris Montparnasse, with its 957 rooms and extensive meeting facilities, underwent a major refurbishment from 2017 to 2021. The renovation enhanced both guest amenities and building efficiency.
