AAA Doors Adopts Carbon-Neutral Shipping Solutions for Sustainable Commerce

AAA Doors has announced its adoption of carbon-neutral shipping options through a partnership with Route, allowing customers to support forestry projects that mitigate climate change effects. This initiative coincides with the International Day for the Preservation of the Ozone Layer.

AAA Doors, a subsidiary of AAA Distributor, offers over 500 styles of doors. Partnering with Route, a company known for funding certified forestry projects, provides a significant reduction in carbon emissions generated by their shipping processes. Senior Branch Manager Jenya Teplitskaya emphasized the importance of this step towards sustainability.

Route calculates the carbon emissions from the entire shipping journey and purchases carbon credits to support global forestry projects. This effort aligns with global goals to combat climate change, especially as e-commerce's carbon footprint is expected to rise substantially by 2030.
