55 North Mining Inc. Announces Share Consolidation
55 North Mining Inc. (CSE:FFF)(FSE:6YF) has announced its decision, pending regulatory approval, to consolidate its common shares. The consolidation will occur at a ratio of 12.5 existing shares for every one new share. This restructuring aims to reduce the current total from 306,846,234 shares to approximately 24,547,698, subject to rounding adjustments.
No fractional shares will be issued, and any fractions resulting from the consolidation will be rounded up. The company will adjust its incentive stock options and warrants on the same basis, including modifications to exercise prices.
The record date for this consolidation is set for October 3, 2025, with the post-consolidation shares anticipated to begin trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE) shortly thereafter. Despite these changes, the company will maintain its current name and trading symbols.
