2CRSi SA: Update on voting rights and shares as of July 31, 2025

2CRSi SA has published its monthly report on the total number of voting rights and shares as of July 31, 2025. According to the press release, the share capital consists of 22,340,848 shares. Regarding voting rights, the theoretical total reaches 29,621,556, while exercisable voting rights amount to 29,609,460. This difference is attributed to shares deprived of voting rights, notably due to treasury stock.
