Reutlingen, July 2, 2024 – Manz AG, a global high-tech equipment manufacturer, successfully conducted its 2024 Annual General Meeting today. The share capital represented during the vote was 48.12%. All agenda items received majority support.
The Managing Board provided a comprehensive report on the company's performance in the 2023 fiscal year. New customer projects, particularly in Mobility & Battery Solutions and Industry Solutions, emphasized production solutions related to electromobility.
