15.6% of LEG Shareholders Opt for Scrip Dividend
As previously in 2021 and 2022, LEG Immobilien SE again provided its shareholders with the choice of receiving a scrip dividend this year. From 24 May 2024 to 10 June 2024, shareholders could select between a cash dividend or new shares.
Approximately 15.61% of investors chose the new shares option. Consequently, around EUR 28.3 million will remain within the company.
This decision will lead to the issuance of 360,389 new shares, increasing the total share count by about 0.5% to 74,469,665 shares.
The new shares will be listed alongside existing shares on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange's regulated market starting 26 June 2024.
