123fahrschule SE announces revenue growth of 23.7% for the year 2023

123fahrschule SE, a German driving school chain focused on e-learning, has published its annual report for the financial year 2023. The group recorded a significant increase in turnover, rising to 20,613 thousand euros, an increase of 23.7% compared to the previous year. EBITDA also saw a marked improvement, with growth of 66.8%, reaching -887 thousand euros.

The Board of Directors highlights the success of the optimization measures implemented in December 2022, which notably made it possible to improve operational efficiency and achieve significantly higher EBITDA. The reorganization of the company and the redistribution of management tasks largely contributed to these positive results, as did the significant expansion of the professional training segment, which played a crucial role in the growth of turnover.

Despite a difficult economic context, these initiatives enabled 123fahrschule to achieve significantly better results in 2023. The year is considered a transition period, the full effects of the adopted measures are expected to have a positive impact on the results in 2024.

A call for results will take place on March 11, 2024, with sessions in German and English. This call will also include perspectives regarding planned legislative changes in theoretical teaching and the use of simulators in driving schools.
